R&C

The project consists of rehabilitation of an existing residential building and excavation below the structure to a newly established depth in order to make space for parking area (2 tenants where occupying the buildings while the work was taking place).

Description of the works or trade undertaken by R&C: Demolition, excavation and concrete works for the purpose of lowering the foundation to accommodate two new basements.
